Meet the Team

Integrity Environmental: Your Environmental Experts

Integrity Environmental is a minority-owned and woman-owned, tier 1 company. We have been serving both the Bakken Region and the Midwestern United States since 2019. Our staff collectively has 34 years of experience in managing radiation projects across multiple industries, including oilfield, industrial, and medical waste streams. Integrity Environmental is fully licensed by the State of North Dakota and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a radiation materials contractor, authorized to perform radiation work at any location.

Andrea Lucio

Owner


Andrea was born and raised in Mandaree, ND. She founded Integrity Environmental, LLC on April 5, 2016. As the owner and administrator of this Native American and Latina Woman-owned tier 1 business, Andrea initially ran the company from her home, balancing her professional responsibilities with raising her two children.

Initially serving clients on the Fort Berthold Reservation, she expanded the company’s reach in 2019 to the Bakken Oilfield and beyond. Andrea continues to play a vital role in the company’s success, constantly pushing Integrity to adapt to client needs and expand its service offerings.





Lewis Vigen

Operations Manager/Radiation Safety Officer


Lewis, born and raised in New Town, ND, is a veteran who served for 10 years in the US Navy, operating reactors onboard submarines. He holds degrees in Psychology and Nuclear Engineering and has spent 3 years working as a Health Physicist for the State of North Dakota’s Radiation Control Program.

With over seven years of experience as a Radiation Safety Officer, Lewis has been instrumental in creating and managing radiation safety programs for multiple companies. He also has over seven years of experience in roles such as Operations Manager or Regional Operations Manager.

Jimmy Dean

Foreman and Equipment Operator


Jimmy Dean, hailing from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, brings 8 years of diverse oilfield experience to the team. As a Class B CDL driver, TENORM technician, Hazwoper 40 certified, and Asbestos Abatement and Remediation certified professional, Jimmy has a broad skill set. He has also completed ROCO supervisor and rescue training and is a licensed heavy equipment operator with full certification in radiation decontamination.

Along with his wife Carla Dean, with whom he has enjoyed 16 years of marriage, Jimmy has been an exemplary role model to their large family, inspiring three of his children to pursue careers in the Bakken Region.

Accreditations

Integrity Environmental is a fully licensed radiation materials contractor by the State of North Dakota and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to perform radiation work on any location.
